General website and quotation terms for TTV public information, starting prices and project requests.
Public prices
Prices shown are starting prices for a described normal scope. Final pricing depends on confirmed hardware stock, site conditions, integrations, licensing, travel and the agreed scope.
Quotations
Formal quotations are normally valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise. Normal project deposits are typically 50%. Special-order or non-returnable procurement may require 70% or enough to cover procurement exposure.
Additional site conditions
Travel, parking, difficult access, night work, lifts/scaffolding, civil/electrical work and long cable routes may be separate where applicable.
Third-party services
Licenses, subscriptions, carrier charges, supplier warranties and third-party services are excluded unless explicitly listed in the quotation.
No implied vendor status
Technology and brand names describe platforms TTV can work with or integrate around; they do not imply reseller, partner or authorized-service status unless explicitly stated in a formal proposal.
